Effective date: October 28, 2026
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide:
- First and last name
- Email address and, optionally, phone number, company, job title, industry and company size
- The service you are interested in, your environment, the subject and your message
- Your acknowledgment that we may contact you about the request
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also record the date and time of the submission, your IP
address and your browser's user-agent string. If you arrived from a campaign link, we may also keep
the campaign source, medium and name, and the path of the first page you opened. We do not put your
name, email address, phone number or message into those campaign fields.
For security and to understand which pages are used, we keep a page-visit record for ordinary page
requests. That record can include the page path, the date and time, the IP address reported by the
hosting server, the browser user-agent, the referring site, and a short label for a recognized
advertising source such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads. Click identifiers are not
stored. CSS, JavaScript, images and similar files are not stored as page visits.
This website uses a session cookie so the contact form can work and so campaign details from the
same visit can be attached to a request you choose to send. Google's advertising tag, Google
Analytics, and a Meta (Facebook) pixel are also present. Google and Meta may receive the page
address, page title, and general device information, and they may set or read their own cookies to
measure advertising and how the site is used. We do not send the contents of the contact form to
Google or Meta. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may limit measurement;
the contact form may also stop working if the session cookie is blocked.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request
- To keep a record of our communication with you
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud and misuse of the website
- To maintain and improve the security and performance of the website
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and our business,
including hosting, email, Google, and Meta for advertising and site-usage measurement, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and then
delete or anonymize them. Information is stored in access-controlled systems and transmitted over
encrypted connections where supported.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted through this
website. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act
(CCPA/CPRA). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
